RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging;
  • Products must be returned without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day the Seller is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Before returning any product, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail at info@arnashik.com to arrange the return.

Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.
If damage occurs due to improper packaging, the Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse the return, in accordance with applicable law.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued:

  • Within 14 days from the day the Seller receives the returned goods, or
  • From the moment the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If the Buyer explicitly agrees, refunds may also be made to a provided IBAN bank account.

Delivery costs will be refunded only up to the amount of the standard delivery option offered by the Seller.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the delivered goods are:

  • Damaged during delivery;
  • Incorrectly delivered;
  • Defective due to a manufacturing error;

The Buyer must notify the Seller by e-mail at info@arnashik.com within 2 business days of receiving the shipment.

In these cases:

  • The Buyer is entitled to a replacement or refund;
  • All return, replacement, and delivery costs are borne by the Seller.

RIGHT OF UNILATERAL TERMINATION

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without stating a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right to unilateral termination does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products;
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened;
  • Perishable goods;
  • Fully performed services, where performance has begun with the Buyer’s prior express consent.

FINAL NOTES

  • A copy of the invoice may be requested to process a return or refund.
  • All rights and obligations related to returns and refunds are governed by the Terms and Conditions published on www.arnashik.com.
