style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon delivery, the Buyer is required to inspect the package immediately.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By accepting the shipment, the Buyer confirms that:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The package is not visibly damaged;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contents correspond to the order.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the courier and the shipment refused.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to report visible damage immediately may affect the Buyer\u2019s ability to exercise certain rights, in accordance with applicable incorrect product;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A product with a manufacturing defect;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail at<\/span><b> info@arnashik.com<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> within <\/span><b>2 business days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of receipt.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In such cases, all replacement and shipping costs are borne by the Seller.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This does not affect the Buyer\u2019s statutory rights regarding
