To be eligible for a return:<\/span><\/p>

  • Products must be <\/span>unused<\/b>, <\/span>undamaged<\/b>, and in <\/span>original packaging;<\/b>
    <\/b><\/li>
  • Products must be returned <\/span>without undue delay<\/b>, and no later than <\/span>14 days from the day the Seller is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.<\/b>
    <\/b><\/li><\/ul>

    The Buyer bears the <\/span>direct cost of returning the goods<\/b>, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    RETURN PROCEDURE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Before returning any product, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail at <\/span>info@arnashik.com<\/b> to arrange the return.<\/span><\/p>

    Returned items <\/span>must be packaged securely<\/b> to prevent damage during transport.<\/span>
    <\/span>If damage occurs due to improper packaging, the Seller reserves the right to <\/span>reduce the refund amount or refuse the return<\/b>, in accordance with applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    REFUNDS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Refunds are issued:<\/span><\/p>

    • Within <\/span>14 days<\/b> from the day the Seller receives the returned goods, or<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • From the moment the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Refunds are made using the <\/span>same payment method<\/b> used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.<\/span><\/p>

      If the Buyer explicitly agrees, refunds may also be made to a provided <\/span>IBAN bank account<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

      Delivery costs will be refunded <\/span>only up to the amount of the standard delivery option<\/b> offered by the Seller.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      If the delivered goods are:<\/span><\/p>

      • Damaged during delivery;<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Incorrectly delivered;<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Defective due to a manufacturing error;<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        The Buyer must notify the Seller by e-mail at <\/span>info@arnashik.com<\/b> within 2 business days<\/b> of receiving the shipment.<\/span><\/p>

        In these cases:<\/span><\/p>

        • The Buyer is entitled to a <\/span>replacement or refund;<\/b><\/li>
        • All return, replacement, and delivery costs are borne by the Seller.<\/b><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          RIGHT OF UNILATERAL TERMINATION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer has the right to <\/span>unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days<\/b>, without stating a reason.<\/span><\/p>

          The withdrawal period expires <\/span>14 days from the day the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          The right to unilateral termination does <\/span>not<\/b> apply to:<\/span><\/p>

          • Custom-made or personalized products;<\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened;<\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Perishable goods;<\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Fully performed services, where performance has begun with the Buyer\u2019s prior express consent.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

            \n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t
